ROOMMATE MATCHING: Apply as a full group, a pair, or single! At the Highlands, we understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to renting, that's why we not only offer different pricing per bedroom, but we also offer roommate matching if needed! 

Application Process and Details:
Application Fee: $45 per person, per application. 
-All tenants must fill out an application with their personal info and pay application fee
-All tenants must have a cosigner- the cosigner must fill out an application with their personal info and pay fee
-All applicants must send in proof of income and a copy of their driver's license
-Application can be found at wcrentals.com 
-Credit scores will be checked and factored into the approval process 

Pets Policy and Restrictions:
 Dogs and Cats are allowed on the property with prior approval from the landlord and WCR. Pet information must be included in your application; this includes ESA and Service Animals. WCR must receive an up-to-date photo of the animal, as well as up to date vet records. Absolutely no puppies or kittens allowed on the property (nothing under a year old). Absolutely no aggressive breeds will be approved, this includes but not limited to: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, American Staffordshire Terriers. There is a 2 pet limit per house and a max combined weight of 85lbs for each home. Tenants must pay a one time $400 non refundable pet fee and sign a pet addendum or ESA addendum prior to bringing the pet on property. 

The Highlands is a great place to call home for your school year. It's a smaller community, tucked back just off campus to give you a cozy mountain feel.
